Iloilo is Next Target in Duterte’s War on Drugs

Despite outrage stemming from the death of a 17-year-old boy due to the war on drugs, President Rodrigo Duterte has signified his intention to continue his crusade by assigning Jovie Espenido to head the police in the central Philippine city of Iloilo, which the president claims to be one of the most drug-infested cities in the country.
