Duterte Declares Martial Law in Mindanao, as Clashes Against Maute Terror Group Escalate

President Rodrigo Duterte has declared martial law in Mindanao. This comes after fighting broke out between the military and the Islamic State-linked Maute Group in the city of Marawi.
