Philippines Remains Off US Trade Representative’s List of Top Intellectual Property Violators

The Philippines has managed to keep off of the Special 301 Report of the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR), which cites the status and enforcement of intellectual property rights (IPR) worldwide.
