Supreme Court Denies Sen. Revilla’s Petition to Dismiss Plunder Case

The Supreme Court denied the petition of Sen. Bong Revilla to dismiss his plunder case for lack of probable cause. Revilla’s release was one of President Rodrigo Duterte’s campaign promises, thus prompting concerns that the court might side with the president again just like the Marcos burial issue.
