Guidelines Released for Chinese-Assisted Projects

The government has released guidelines on processing projects, specifically those that would come with Chinese assistance after the president secured investment promises during his visit to China. The NEDA said that the source of financing for studies merely in its pre-investment phase should not be tied with any particular lender.
