Senate Ousts Sen. de Lima as Justice Committee Head

The Senate voted 16-4 to remove Sen. Leila de Lima as the head of the committee on justice and human rights, and likewise declared its membership vacant. De Lima had been conducting investigations on extra judicial killings, and was able to present a witness that directly implicated President Rodrigo Duterte to the Davao Death Squad.
