Philippine External Debt Up 3.6% in June 2016

Outstanding external debt rose 3.6 percent in the first half from $74.99 billion to $77.72 billion due largely to foreign exchange adjustments. Debt service ratio increased to 6.2 percent from 5.9 percent in the first half last year.
